Can I return my order if I change my mind?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@scnt.uk.
Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item, outer packaging, inner packaging and delivery label. Once reviewed, we will arrange a suitable resolution where appropriate.

What if I receive the wrong item?

We will review this and put it right as quickly as possible.
Can I return discovery samples?
Discovery samples are small fragrance products prepared for personal testing. Once dispatched, they are not usually returnable unless they arrive damaged, incorrect or faulty.
Who pays for return postage?
If you are returning an unwanted item, you are usually responsible for the cost of return postage.
If your item is damaged, incorrect or confirmed to be faulty, we will review the issue and advise you on the next steps.

SCNT fragrances are hand-bottled extrait products. For hygiene, safety and product integrity, opened or used fragrance products cannot usually be returned unless there is a confirmed issue with the order.
