SCNT RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

We want every SCNT order to arrive safely, correctly and as expected. This policy explains your rights if you change your mind or receive an item that is damaged, faulty or incorrect.

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

You may cancel your online order by emailing info@scnt.uk within 14 days of receiving it. You do not need to provide a reason.

After notifying us, you must return the item within a further 14 days. Please contact us before returning anything so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.

You are responsible for the return postage cost when returning an unwanted item. We recommend using a tracked service, as the returned goods remain your responsibility until they reach us.

RETURN CONDITION

Returned items should be securely packaged and, where possible, include their original packaging.

You may inspect an item as you reasonably would in a shop. However, if a fragrance has been opened, sprayed or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may make a deduction from the refund to reflect any reduction in its value, where permitted by law.

DISCOVERY SAMPLES AND SETS

Discovery samples are intended for personal fragrance testing. Unopened and unused Discovery Samples or Discovery Sets may be returned under the change-of-mind procedure above.

If a sample has been opened, sprayed or used, its value may be materially reduced and this may affect the amount refunded. This does not affect your rights if a sample is damaged, faulty or incorrect.

CUSTOM BLENDS

Personalised or made-to-order Custom Blends cannot normally be returned because they are prepared to the customer’s specifications. This does not affect your rights if the product is damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact info@scnt.uk as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the damaged item
• Photographs of the outer and inner packaging
• A photograph of the delivery label

The 48-hour request helps us investigate the damage with the courier and does not affect your statutory rights.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If an item is faulty, not as described or different from what you ordered, email info@scnt.uk with your order number, details of the problem and photographs where relevant.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate refund, replacement or other remedy. SCNT will cover reasonable return costs where an item is confirmed to be damaged, faulty or incorrect.

REFUNDS

For an approved change-of-mind return, we will refund:

• The price paid for the returned item
• The cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, where applicable

Additional delivery charges for express or upgraded delivery are not refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. We may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or proof of return has been provided.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

CANCELLING BEFORE DISPATCH

If you wish to cancel before your order has been dispatched, email info@scnt.uk immediately. We will try to stop the order, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once preparation or dispatch has begun.

STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
